Welcome to NRH Auto Center. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone using our site or services.

2. Service Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a rebooking fee.

3. Estimates and Payments

We provide free consultations and estimates. All estimates are based on the initial inspection. Additional issues discovered during repair will be communicated before any extra work is done. A minimum down payment of $40 may be required to begin work, depending on the service and approved with SNAP Financial. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved financing methods.

4. Warranty

Most repairs include a limited parts and labor warranty (typically 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first). Some parts may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties do not cover misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications after service.

5. Vehicle Pickup

Customers are expected to pick up their vehicle within 48 hours of service completion unless prior arrangements are made. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left longer than 72 hours after completion without communication.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected for appointment scheduling, communication, and service tracking only. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties. Data is stored securely and used only for business purposes with NRH Auto Center.

7. Liability

NRH Auto Center is not liable for items left in the vehicle. We recommend removing all valuables before leaving your car with us. We are also not responsible for delays caused by supplier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
